A short, confidential survey for internationally trained clinicians and care workers currently working — or beginning to work — in Australian healthcare, aged care, or disability services.
Many internationally trained staff arrive with remarkable skills and a strong desire to contribute, but their experience settling into Australian workplaces can vary widely. We want to better understand those experiences directly from the people living them.
Culture Creek Australia is conducting this short, confidential survey to better understand the needs, challenges, and strengths of internationally trained healthcare staff in Australia. The insights gathered will directly inform new onboarding and coaching programs designed to support both international staff and the teams who welcome them.
