Cross-cultural fluency for today's workplaces

Cross cultural training for healthcare, disability and aged care teams

Helping internationally trained and Australian-born clinicians and care workers communicate safely, connect confidently, and thrive in Australia's health and care sectors.

It works both ways. Across healthcare, aged care and disability, Australian-born clinicians, care workers and managers often carry cultural assumptions they've never had to examine, until something goes wrong. We help both sides of the team understand each other.

As a family-owned venture with strong healthcare roots, Culture Creek Australia aims to improve workforce retention, strengthen health and care teams, and enhance patient care outcomes.

Cindy McGarvie, Founder of Culture Creek Australia

Culture Creek Australia is a family-owned training provider helping healthcare, aged care and disability teams build the cultural awareness that keeps care safe. Our programs are shaped by over a decade of lived cross-cultural experience.

Workforce Survey

Cross cultural training support for international clinicians and care workers

Many internationally trained staff arrive with remarkable skills and a strong desire to contribute, but their experience settling into Australian workplaces can vary widely.

Culture Creek Australia is conducting a short, confidential survey to better understand their needs, challenges, and strengths. The insights gathered will directly inform new onboarding and coaching programs designed to support both international staff and the teams who welcome them.

If you are a manager or HR leader, we invite you to share this survey with your internationally trained staff.

The survey takes approximately 5–7 minutes to complete.
