Rural Voices: Your Experience with Overseas-Trained Medical Staff

At Culture Creek Australia, we help international doctors, nurses and healthcare teams communicate more effectively with the communities they serve. Your experience as a rural Australian helps us shape that training.

Rural and regional Australia relies significantly on overseas-trained medical staff — doctors, nurses and allied health workers who bring genuine skill and commitment to communities that would otherwise go without care.

But communication across cultural and linguistic difference isn't always straightforward. We want to understand what that experience is actually like — what works, what's difficult, and what would make a real difference.

This short, anonymous survey takes about 5 minutes. Your perspective will directly inform training programs designed to support better communication, understanding and care across rural Australia.

All responses are anonymous and confidential. Results will be published as a summary on this site.
